Forward

Forward motion requires forward focus...!!! Have you ever stopped and asked yourself "does my thoughts and actions today line up with the vision of my tomorrow..?" If you can take the time to notice that your stuck in a rut more then a day then guess what..? Your going to be there alot longer then you hope to be. It's simple, forward motion requires forward thinking... Now I know that's easier said then done sometimes but it is a very true statement trust me. You have to not only define what you want your future to be like, you need to make sure your today and your tomorrow are connected. For leaders this is exspecially true. I challenge you for the next week to analyze your thought life and find your complants in this life and see if they are because your "stuck" or your still dealing with the same issues... Stop complaining and figure out what you want your tomorrow to look like and build your today around it.

A new way of thinking.

Never under estimate the power of not judging a person. We often want people to walk that mile in our shoes before we let our guard down. I'm finding that number 1 most guards are wrong to have up in the first place they are just the way we choose to justify judging people, or living in fear, or worst of all the way we keep from walking a mile in other peoples shoes cause we feel that need within us is not getting met. We're quick to say "give and it shall be given" I'm choosing to give and not worry about getting back.... Lord I trust you'll keep me from going empty.
